Module type F M M Half pitch T

The first letter defines the type of module. T is for ending, M for conveying module, F for the flange. The second letter indicates the module hand, R for right hand or L for left hand. The third letter is the shape code of the shaft. H is the hexagonal shaft. The first set of digits gives in mm the outside functional diameter and the second set gives the pitch. The last part of the code starting with the letter U1 defines the type of material (U1, U2, U4)

Example TRH 150-150 U1

The TRH 150-150 U1 is an ending module, right hand, hexagonal shaft, diameter 150 mm, pitch 150 mm for high abrasion uses.

Materials

Standard Archimedys modules from 2" to 12" are available in three diffrent materials

Archimedes module for Archimedys conveyor.png U1 - Modules in red color are made for industrial uses.

Archimedes module for Archimedys -conveyor U2 Food contact.jpg U2 - White color types are for food grade uses.

This configuration is for screw you can easily clean by simply removing modules from the shaft, washing and then reinstalling. You can also seal modules with Loctite 9480. You will need to complety changes modules in case of refurbishment.

Archimedes module for Archimedys - U4 atex.jpg U4 - Black modules are for ATEX 2.0 uses

These modules are made of conductive polymer and suitable for the construction of screw conveyors in explosive environment. To respect regulation recommendations, linear speed should not be higher than 1 m/s (39 in/s)
